Busayo is a Kent based Nigerian singer/songwriter/producer with influences from a wide range of music genres. Growing up in Nigeria West Africa, Busayo has drawn music influences and references from all over the world. His music also shows much appreciation for how much African music has formed bedrock of some modern music genre till this day. Blessed with a songwriting skill that enhances his current musical discovery, Busayo has spent the past years creating and re-creating musical works of art. His up coming album ‘Sound of a beautiful day’ embodies influences from multiple genre. With deep pride in his African roots, Busayo ensures he never forgets his circuitous trip here and even though there’s a long way to go, his lyrics explodes with references to how much his roots has influenced his journey so far. Busayo graduated from the University of East London with a Masters degree in Information security and now lives in Kent, south-east England.

With a passion for engaging with great musicians, Busayo is currently working with an amazing group of Black Gospel musicians on a project that brings an amazing collection of Gospel Music into London.

The Synergy project brings together great gifts from across the world to lift up the name of Jesus. On the 25th Of November 2017, 13 incredible gospel recording artistes will join forces at Jesus House London to not only creating a powerful sound in unison but capture the experience of UK’s first gospel collaborative concert. On the night, each artiste will perform their favourite song exploring the core of their musicianship with the audience. This experience will the recorded LIVE audio/visual. The climax of the evening will feature all 13 artistes in a powerful collaborating track produced by the MOBO AWARD winning songwriter and producer; Evans Ogboi who will also be performing at the event. Gospel music lovers are in for a treat as the evening will feature a variety of music styles ranging from contemporary gospel, rock, afro beat, Neo-Soul, R&B, traditional gospel to classical.
